I Have A Joke
Sydney told me a joke last night. As she's getting ready for a bath she randomly said, "I have a joke." Okay... I'll bite... what's you joke? I honestly thought she was going to make something up as she went along. Nope. Here's her joke:
Sydney: I have a joke.
Mommy: Okay! Tell me your joke.
Sydney: What Christmas Carol do parents like the most?
Mommy: What?
Sydney: Silent night.
Mommy: [laughing] Yes we do!
I don't even think Sydney realized how funny that really was.

Sydney's Art
Sydney loves typing on my laptop. Usually she types her name or my name ("Mommy") or Daddy's name. I have to proofread my school papers to check for the word "sydney ducharme" somewhere in it! Today she got to use the paint program. She figured out how to choose a color and how to click with her left hand and use her right hand to move the mouse around. This is her picture:

It's Good People Are Different
I was putting Sydney to bed and she told me that everybody is different. I agreed, as I'm tucking her in, and explained that it's good that people are all different. She agreed and replied, "Because... if everybody was the same at school it would be so... it would be so demanding. It would be very frustrating." Said with a Sydney-esque dramatic flair as she puts both hands out and looks to the sky as if just the very thought is taxing on her brain.
To make that statement is to answer it little Girly.

49ers Game!!
We braved the rain and headed out to The Stick to watch our team beat the Arizona Cardinals!! We had a great time with our friends Jamie and Joe. Because there were so many puddles Sydney had her rain boots on. She loved pulling up her jeans and walking through all the puddles. While we all walked around the puddles ~ Sydney went right through them.
You'll notice the hands are almost always in the pockets. That is because Sydney has pocket warmers. She does not have gloves because when we went to put them on she had two right hands!! Taylor has two left hands!!
The Stick!!! This is my first time at a football game, too, so I was taking a lot of pictures. It was so exciting!!
Sydney and Jamie
Sydney took a picture of me
Go Crabtree!!
Sydney and her beloved churro. I talked her out of cotton candy. That had "big sticky mess" written all over it.

Sydney wanted to show everyone her 49ers blanket.
Winning even more!!
Cousin Brian was at the game, too!
